2. Data that may be processed

Identity and contact details supplied in an enquiry, company and project information, later communications and limited technical data necessary for site security. Form contents are not sent to Google Analytics.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Responding to enquiries and preparing proposals: requested pre-contractual measures.
• Managing a professional relationship: contract performance and legal obligations.
• Measuring site use with Google Analytics: prior consent.
• Protecting the site and preventing abuse: legitimate interests and security.

4. Processors and transfers

Hosting, email and analytics providers may act as processors. Google Analytics is configured with Consent Mode and receives analytics-storage permission only after acceptance. Some providers may process data internationally subject to applicable safeguards.

5. Retention

Enquiries are retained for the time needed to respond and conduct reasonable follow-up. Client data is retained for the contractual relationship and applicable legal periods. Consent preferences are stored locally in the browser.
