3D visualization

See the product before it exists.

Use Cinema 4D visualization to evaluate design decisions, align stakeholders and create polished imagery ahead of production.

Photorealistic 3D packaging renders for concept approval, launches, websites, retail presentations, campaigns and e-commerce.
Decide earlier

Evaluate proportion, finish, label placement and range impact before committing to production.

Launch sooner

Create polished website, presentation and campaign imagery while physical samples are unavailable.

Present consistently

Show a complete range with controlled lighting, angles and materials across every channel.

01

Overview

3D visualization turns approved artwork and pack dimensions into realistic digital product imagery. It is valuable during design development, for internal approvals and for launch content when photography cannot yet happen.

Cinema 4D scenes are built to represent the intended structure, material, label and finish. The level of realism depends on the quality of dimensions, reference photography, dielines and material information provided.

02

Problems this service solves

  • Stakeholders struggle to understand flat dielines.
  • The product must be presented before printed samples exist.
  • A full range needs consistent imagery across many SKUs.
  • Photography is impractical for early concepts or frequent updates.
  • Material and finish choices need visual comparison before sampling.

03

What is included

  • Simple or detailed 3D pack model
  • Artwork application and UV setup
  • Material and finish simulation
  • Lighting and camera direction
  • Hero, group and detail views
  • Transparent-background product renders
  • Web and presentation crops
  • Optional short turntable or launch animation

04

How the work is developed

The process begins with a visualization brief: required angles, crop ratios, output sizes, background style, finishes and accuracy expectations. A low-resolution preview confirms composition before final rendering.

For concept-stage work, the image can be intentionally illustrative. For production-near accuracy, exact dimensions, closure references, material samples and supplier information become more important.

05

Production, approval and handover

Rendered colours and finishes vary by display and cannot predict physical print with certainty. Metallic foils, embossing, glass, translucency and textured substrates should be validated with real supplier proofs and samples.

Final files can be optimized for websites, marketplaces, presentations, press kits and social campaigns, with consistent naming and crop variants.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do I need final packaging artwork first?

Not always. Early renders can use concept artwork, while launch renders should use approved final files.

Can 3D replace product photography?

It can cover many launch and e-commerce needs, but real photography may still be valuable for human, lifestyle and material authenticity.

Can you animate the packaging?

Yes. Simple rotations, reveals and product-range movements can be scoped separately.
